I initially joined Avid.legal’s founding team in 2016 to help New Zealand’s go-getters smash their business goals.
I then moved to Singapore to work with a US law firm focused on venture capital and tech, dealing with investors and companies across Asia and the US. Following that, I joined the in-house legal team of a major payments company, handling commercial deals, partnerships, and regulatory issues across Asia-Pacific.
Returning to Avid.legal in 2021, I hit the ground running - using my skills from the Asian and US markets to support high-growth businesses in New Zealand. In the last few years, I’ve been all about capital raising and prepping startups for investment. I’m your gal for sorting out cap tables, founder arrangements, and those first few commercial contracts. Beyond the business hustle, I’m super passionate about cheering on female founders and those making the world a better place!
