With broad corporate and commercial experience, I have extensive experience acting for some New Zealand’s largest corporate institutions and Government departments.
A large part of my practice involves providing advice on privacy, data protection, and consumer law compliance matters, and advising on and negotiating commercial contracts.
Something that sets me apart is my specialist aviation practice. I advise large New Zealand based and international aviation companies on, and guide them through, the process of responding to RFPs, entering into operating agreements, aircraft leases and aircraft financing arrangements. I also assist companies and individuals with the sale and purchase of both fixed wing aircraft and helicopters.
