I’m Avid.legal’s go-to expert for fintech, ventures, regulation, and funding structures. I’m committed to client service and I strive to balance technical knowledge and experience with a commercial, accessible approach.
As someone who’s passionate about innovation, I enjoy working with both tech-based innovators and long-established businesses in the financial services sector to explore market opportunities, develop products, understand regulatory perimeters, and set up the right governance and funding structures.
My specialist regulatory experience covers consumer finance laws, the regulations governing payments systems, anti-money laundering legislation, and open banking/data regulation.
I also regularly advise on transactions and projects across debt finance and restructuring, corporate venture capital and other forms of capital-raising and funding.
Prior to Avid.legal, I have been a partner and practice group head at a number of national and global law firms.
