I form part of the commercial team here at Avid, supporting Kiwi innovators as they navigate the legal challenges involved in growing their businesses. Although I’m early in my career, I’ve gained valuable experience across a range of commercial matters, including IP commercialisation arrangements, privacy compliance, data sharing arrangements, and collaboration agreements. I have also worked on various corporate matters, including capital raising and M&A transactions. I’m dedicated to providing clear, practical advice that supports clients’ goals and growth, while continuing to learn and contribute alongside a skilled and collaborative team. It’s rewarding to play a part in helping businesses succeed both in New Zealand and internationally.
